Refund policy

At Cosidream, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review our policy below for more information:

365-Day Sleep Trial

We offer a 365-day sleep trial on all mattresses purchased through cosidream.com. We encourage you to try your mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust and for the mattress to fully settle. However, if you find that you’re still not comfortable within the 365-day period, you can return any product for a full refund (excluding shipping fees and the value of any discounts or promotions).

Note: For products purchased from third-party sellers (outside of cosidream.com), any returns and associated refunds are subject to that third party’s terms and conditions. Please reach out directly to the third-party seller where you ordered, purchased, or received the product.

Return Conditions

Unopened Products: Please contact us to return unopened products within 60 days of receipt. Any unopened mattress not returned within 60 days of delivery will be considered non-compliant and will not qualify for return or warranty claims.

Opened Products:

  1. The mattress must be in good condition with no human-caused damage, such as burns, scratches, tears, spots, or stains.
  2. All original accessories and documentation included in the packaging should be retained.
  3. Proof of purchase from our website (such as an order number) and photos of the mattress are required.

Exclusions

  1. Mattresses with human-caused damage, including burns, scratches, tears, spots, or stains.
  2. Environmental damage caused by improper use or lack of proper support from a suitable base, frame, or foundation, such as mold due to inadequate support.
  3. Mattresses left unopened for more than 60 days after delivery.
  4. Promotional items or gifts accompanying mattress purchases: If you wish to return your mattress, you may keep, return, donate, or dispose of any promotional items that accompanied your mattress purchase.

Return Process

  1. Inspect the Product: Before initiating a return, ensure that the mattress has no human-caused damage, as returned mattresses are donated to charity.
  2. Contact Us: Please email support@cosidream.com to request a return and provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the mattress
  3. Ship the Mattress: After receiving your return request, we’ll provide the nearest return location. Please use the original packaging to repack the product for return. Returns not shipped within 30 days of the request will be considered canceled.

If a return is initiated due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a product quality issue, we will bear all associated expenses.

 

Exchange Process

The exchange process follows the same steps as the return process. After the original product is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement mattress within 2–3 business days, subject to availability.

  • If the exchange is due to personal preference, you will cover shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment.
  • If the exchange is due to a product quality issue, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

 

Refund

Once we receive the returned mattress and verify its condition, we’ll process the refund within 2–3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) and may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies. The refund will include the product price minus applicable (i) discounts or promotions, (ii) any associated promotional items or gifts, (iii) shipping charges, and/or (iv) White Glove service fees. If a discount code was used, the dollar value of the discount will not be refunded when any or all products are returned.

Please Note:

  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are processed once the mattress is received and its condition confirmed.
