We currently offer delivery within the United States only, and all orders come with free shipping. We have local warehouses in the U.S. to ensure the fastest delivery service possible.

Delivery Restrictions: At this time, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or military APO/FPO addresses. However, we are actively working on implementing additional delivery methods to accommodate these areas soon. Additional Fees: Certain situations may incur extra logistics fees:
- If the delivery address is hard to access, requiring additional personnel, extra charges may apply.
- If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, or if you need to be present during delivery but are unavailable, this may result in a failed delivery. In such cases, you can contact us for redelivery, which may incur additional charges.Any additional costs incurred under these circumstances will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes:
We recommend double-checking the shipping address and product details before submitting your order. If you need to change the product or address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot accommodate changes after the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information.
Order Cancellations:
We process orders within 48 hours. You may cancel your order within this timeframe. If you cancel your order after 48 hours or after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a 30% restocking fee.
